I am so glad that we found My Eternal Pawprints to help us lay our pups to rest. She answered all of our questions and even let our daughter (6) help with the paw print clay impressions. Her support, understanding, professionalism and compassion were more than I have ever experienced with a doctor or vet. Shannon came to our house and really helped put our minds at ease that we were doing the right thing. They took their time and were so compassionate when I was on the phone with them I felt like I knew them personally. After doing a lot of research and making calls to other places, the staff at My Eternal Pawprints was nothing short of amazing to talk to. Cheyanne (our chocolate lab) and Kooper (our yellow lab) had both been declining in health and we couldn’t bare to see them suffer anymore. “We recently had to make the painful decision to put not one but two of our furbabies to rest. We felt safe, heard, and that our wishes were respected the entire time. Shannon and her team provide a necessary service with compassion and a straight-foward approach. TJ’s aftercare was handled seamlessly and he was back home just over a week later, even with the holidays. I will always wish I could have done more, but I am comforted in knowing I did everything I could to make his time special. Shannon was there to help us through the painful decision making process and to say goodbye with dignity from the comfort of our home. When the day came – unexpectedly the day after Christmas, a holiday weekend – Dr. At nearly 16 years old and with multiple health issues, we know he would be an unlikely surgical candidate and so we did everything we could do make the best of our time left, We had lots of treats, lots of cuddles, lots of naps on the couch and lots of time warming our paws by the fireplace. “Shortly before Thanksgiving, TJ showed signs that a lifetime of adventures was catching up to him in a way that was quintessentially 2020. Thank you Dr Shannon from the bottom of our hearts. And when I asked about a private witness cremation Dr Shannon went above and beyond to schedule our appointment to help us achieve our goal bringing Ella home. I cannot thank them enough for the professionalism caring informative manner that Dr Shannon and staff showed throughout the whole process. So it was a pleasant surprise to find a place that would come to our home (her) home for her last moments with us.Dr Shannon has the care and compassion that you need when you are losing a friend companion and member of the family. Needless to say she stayed home from then on and absolutely hated getting in the car to head to the vets office. Then she couldnt get back there fast enough. We would get half a block from the house and she turned and tugged and pulled until we turned around and headed home. Our yellow lab/husky mix was 13 years old and she was a home body She had a fenced in backyard and that was all she wanted We tired to take her for walks when she was a puppy and she wanted no parts of it. “Dr Shannon and her staff are the greatest. Shannon! And I know that Layne thanks you too.” ~ Ellyse Scott Thank you from the bottom of our hearts, Dr. Shannon exists in order to help ease the way. Our only comfort is that we made the best decision for him before his health deteriorated even more, and we are SO thankful that someone as wonderful as Dr. Layne may have been in a small Corgi body, but had a personality that would light up the entire house. The hardest part begins for us, in trying to figure out how to move through the days with such a heavy loss in our hearts, and an emptiness in our house. I’m so thankful he was able to receive that level of peace. Shannon’s empathy goes above and beyond, and we were able to watch our sweet boy leave the world, knowing that it was with grace and no pain, which is what he deserves. Losing a fur child is absolutely shattering to your heart and soul, and even just the slightest bit of empathy from others helps during that painful time. We couldn’t be more thankful for her support and compassion. Shannon provided the most peaceful, dignified and comforting path over the rainbow bridge for him. “My fiancé and I had to make the heartbreaking decision to assist our beloved Corgi Layne out of this world yesterday, and Dr.
